The Ingrid School has been open every term since 2010 — one school, one city, more than a thousand children through its classrooms. No miracles. Just tuition, meals, uniforms, and teachers who know each child by name.

A school year doesn't change a country overnight. It changes one child — and then another — and that's how a generation begins to shift.
